CM-300 paperboard surface sizing agent

This product is a new type of high molecular polymer. It can be combined with

starch paste effectively, giving the starch coating good crosslinking strength  and good hydrophobic with the features of small usage, low cost, good effect and easy to use. The product can be applied to corrugated paper, box paperboard, white board and kraft paper.

Product performance

Improve the strength of water-resistance and ring crush.Totally replace the inter sizing, no maturation period and hard to get damp.Use with starch to reduce the cost. Good mechanical stability, making little bubbles while producing.Higher cost-effective than imported products.

Use-method

Usage: 1~2 kg/ton paperWhen the temperature of the gelatinization starch fall to 75°C, agitate and dose the product to the dispensing cans, then use it to size; or add it before starch with metering pump.

Packing and storage

Plastic barrel of 200kg or 1000kg, according to the customer’s requirement.It shall be kept at 4~ 30°C, avoiding freezing and insolating.
