This product is a new type of high molecular polymer, applied to sizing between paper and paperboard.

Solids content:     25±1%

PH:  2.5~4.5

Viscosity:  <50CPS(25°C)

Product performance

Reducing the cost: it can totally replace the inter sizing.Reducing the process of sizing and simplify the system of sizing.Good effect: after sizing, it can retain in the surface of the paper to get the best water-resistance…Wide application: it can be used in any kind of sizing machine, once used with starch, can make paper get good strength, stiffness and water-resistance. Or it can be used with PVA alone to improve the water-resistance.  Quick ripening: it can be totally slaked when the temperature reaches 80°C in the drying cylinder. 

Use-method

This is a kind of weak cation product, it can not be used with any anion material.This product usually used with starch paste at 50°C--70°C,and the suitable temperature is 50°C--60°C,advoiding high temperature.Usage:  1). Partly replace the inter sizing: 0.10~0.30(g/m2/side)

                       2). Totally replace the inter sizing: 0.40~0.60(g/m2/side)

Packing and storage

Plastic barrel of 200kg or 1000kg, according to the customer’s requirement.It shall be kept at 5~ 25°C, suggest finishing it in three month.
